-  Instruments being returned for credit or exchange will not be accepted without prior agreement. Damaged or faulty instruments must be returned with a completely filled Returns Form that is available to download or by calling the Dr. Karlheinz® customer service department at 0800 1 777 057.

- Any returned instruments lost, damaged or defaced in transit to Dr. Karlheinz® will not be credited. The returned instruments must be packed in a cardboard box and appropriately labelled to Dr. Karlheinz®, showing the returns code as well.

- Carriage must be prepaid by the customer with contents insured to the full invoice value. Dr. Karlheinz® is unable to credit returned goods lost or damaged in transit.

- Instruments returned due to no fault of Dr. Karlheinz® may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

- Instruments returned that are not available in the catalogue or Special Order instruments may be subject to a 25% handling fee.

- Instruments returned must be standard catalogue items in an unopened condition and will only be accepted back from the original purchaser only.

- Instruments returned must be in new and resaleable condition, of current design and in its original packaging. According to CE regulations, items returned opened must be regarded as "used" and cannot therefore be accepted back for credit.

- All instruments must be returned within 30 days of the original invoice date. A handling charge of 25% may apply if instruments are returned after 30 days of the original invoice date.
